The current Themesmith prototype performs its theme-preview logic in your browser and does not require an account.
In the current static prototype, prompt text is processed in the browser and is not sent to a Themesmith AI service. If a hosted AI generation service is added, this policy should be updated before launch to explain exactly what is transmitted and retained.
Theme packs are assembled in the browser. The exported ZIP contains a manifest, PNG artwork and a short README.
No analytics or advertising scripts are included in this build. If analytics, accounts, payments or model APIs are added, the live privacy notice should be revised to match the deployed behaviour.
